FRIED SOD SERVED ON PARMESAN BASKET

Ingredients: - Cod (you can also use ready-to-fry fish stick) - White flour to taste - Eggs (2) - Breadcrumbs to taste - Fresh parsley (optional) - Parmesan cheese Preparation: - In a non-stick pan over low heat, pour the cheese (cover the bottom of the pan)  - Add the chopped parsley. - To create a parmesan wafer, wait for the cheese to melt and with the help of a spatula you can collect it (to give the desired shape). - Prepare an upside-down bowl to place it on top of the still hot wafer and gently stick it to the bowl to give it the shape of a basket. - After a minute you can remove it and fill it. - In the meantime, take the cod. - Give it a shape (the most classic is a stick but we use a little imagination) - Now predict the fish with the shape created and put them in the white flour - Put them now in the egg already open and beaten - To finish bread them in breadcrumbs. - Now take a pan and put olive oil in it and fry the fish. - After having fried them, wait 2/3 minutes and then put them in the Parmesan basket. Advice: In this recipe we use fish sticks to fill the cheese basket; you can actually use any ingredient. The important thing is that it is not hot food because it could melt.
