Homemade Barbecue Sauce and a tasty, juicy steak šŸ˜‹šŸ“

Ingredients: - Tomato sauce (200 gr of) - Tomato paste (1 tbsp) - Yellow onion (1) - A clove of garlic - White vinegar (3 tbsp) - Mustard (2 tbsp) - Sugar (2 tbsp) - Chili pepper (1) - Butter (20 gr) - Tabasco - Worcestershire sauce - Salt -Pepper Preparation: - Finely cut the onion and garlic and brown it over high heat in the butter, also pouring the vinegar and let it blend. - Pour the tomato sauce and tomato paste into the pan and, stirring, add the mustard, chilli pepper and sugar to the sauce. - Cook your sauce for 20 minutes and let it cool. - With a strainer filter the sauce to prevent the onion cubes from remaining. Once it has been sieved, add salt, pepper, a few drops of Tabasco and Worcestershire sauce to taste.
